Junior Credit Controller

Barden is delighted to partner with successful and growing business in Dublin as they look to hire a Junior Credit Controller. This is a great first step into finance, with proper training and a clear route to grow within the team.

You will support the credit control team in collecting payments, answering customer queries, and keeping accounts up to date. You will learn the full order-to-cash cycle from people who have done the job for years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Support the team in chasing overdue invoices by phone and email.
• Respond to customer billing queries and pass on anything complex.
• Allocate payments and keep customer accounts accurate.
• Help prepare ageing reports and month-end tasks.
• Learn credit checks and credit limit reviews from senior colleagues.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• 0 to 2 years in finance, accounts receivable, or credit control.
• Clear, confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone.
• Good Excel skills and a willingness to learn a new ERP system.
• Organised, accurate, and good with detail.
