Job Purpose

To assist the Customer Service Executive and showroom team in ensuring smooth customer service operations, maintaining showroom cleanliness and readiness, and providing prompt support to customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Executive in daily showroom activities and customer service operations.
• Ensure the showroom, customer seating area, and service counter are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Offer water and refreshments to customers and ensure their comfort during showroom visits.
• Support the sales team in serving customers and coordinating their requirements.
• Assist in arranging customer trays, packaging materials, and other necessary showroom items as required.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping and store teams to maintain showroom hygiene and presentation standards.
• Help manage customer flow during busy hours and special occasions.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager or reporting manager.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.

Experience

• Freshers may apply.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, showroom-based role.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and festive seasons, as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
