Position: Junior Customer Service Executive
Number of Vacancies: 2
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Freshers
Salary: INR 20000.00/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, and internal teams
- Handle shipment-related documentation and follow-ups
- Provide regular shipment updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and computer skills
- Willingness to learn and build a career in the logistics industry
- Candidates residing in or near Navi Mumbai will be preferred
Fresh graduates looking to begin their career in freight forwarding and logistics are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
