Junior Customer Service Officer

• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product issues, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage and track orders to ensure timely delivery and address any order discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to address shipping issues and provide updates to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, product teams) to address cross-functional service issues.
• Input, manage and maintain the company’s ERP system, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and data integrity.

Requirement:

• Good communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, having exceptional computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively, attention to detail
• Very careful & accurate when handling data & numbers
• Having 1-4 years experiences as customer service
• Must be able to work overtime
• Minimum education is D3 administration or equivalent
• Knowledge and hands on experience utilizing AI, in relations to this Customer Service role, shall be an advantage
