JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER

Mushko Printing Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically inclined Junior Customer Support Engineer to join our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain printers, MFPs and related devices
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software/driver issues
• Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment
• Assist with installation and configuration of printing and document management solutions
• Maintain service records, visit reports and other required documentation
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding technical issues, spare parts and customer requirements
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professional communication

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics or a related technical field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking and troubleshooting
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A valid driving license will be an advantage.

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
