Junior Data Analyst & Process Automation Associate

We're hiring a Data Analyst who will drive data-driven decision-making by building dashboards, identifying actionable insights, and automating manual workflows across academic and operational processes. You'll work with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python, and Google Apps Script to turn scattered data into structured reports, improve process efficiency, and solve meaningful problems that impact lakhs of students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for academic and operational metrics.
• Identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities from data.

2. Process Automation

• Automate workflows using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Python, SQL, or low-code tools.
• Maintain existing automations and troubleshoot errors, failures, or exceptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, automation,
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of: Google Apps Script, Python, SQL, etc.
• Ability to work with large datasets and convert them into clear, actionable insights.
