Junior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP implementation projects and daily system support.
• Collect, analyze, and verify data from different departments.
• Perform data cleansing, data migration, and data validation for ERP systems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis based on business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with users and vendors regarding ERP issues and enhancements.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end users when required.
• Assist in SQL queries, database checking, and report generation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for business processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge in Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of database concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with different departments.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
