Junior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate reports from branches, regions, and other sources.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, monitoring files, and databases.
• Monitor branch submissions and follow up on incomplete or missing reports.
• Assist in analyzing sales, inventory, branch performance, variances, and other operational data.
• Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, Pivot Tables, and BI reports.
• Identify discrepancies and unusual figures and coordinate with concerned personnel.
• Assist in improving reporting processes and ensuring compliance with company requirements.
• Utilize AI and BI tools to support report preparation, data analysis, and summarization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Operations Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Information Technology, or any related course.
• 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, operations, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in retail operations, branch reporting, or data consolidation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and other Microsoft Office Applications
• Familiarity with Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and data consolidation is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in using Odoo System or similar systems used in retail operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and dashboard development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Al platforms and tools that can be used for report preparation, data analysis, summarization, and other work-related purposes.
