Junior Data Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze engagement and campaign data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities, and translate

findings into actionable insights.

2. Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) that make KPIs easy to

monitor and interpret.

3. Support KPI building by validating data availability, defining calculation logic, and maintaining metric

documentation (definitions, assumptions, caveats).

4. Support contract and KPI feasibility checks by assessing whether proposed KPIs can be measured

reliably; flag limitations early and suggest alternative metrics or proxies.

5. Prepare clean extracts and analysis-ready datasets for stakeholders, ensuring consistency across

brands and markets.

6. Conduct QA and validation of dashboards and analysis outputs; investigate anomalies and

collaborate with the team to resolve data issues.

7. Collaborate with campaign strategy analysts, brand managers, and account managers to clarify

questions and align outputs to decisions.

8. Contribute to repeatable templates and self-serve views so common questions can be answered

faster and more consistently

Skills Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related

fields. 1–2+ years ofexperience in data analysis is preferred; fresh graduates with strong analytics

projects can be considered.

2. Familiarity with SQL and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit; Python is

advantageous.

3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams and

stakeholders.

5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Creative problem-solving skills and a strong desire to contribute to team success. Willingness to travel

internationally as required.
