About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst to help transform business data into actionable insights. You will work with business and technical teams to analyze datasets, build dashboards, and improve reporting accuracy.

Recent graduates, including candidates with valid OPT work authorization, are welcome to apply. Academic projects and internships will be considered as relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Write SQL queries to extract and summarize business data.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Use Python to automate recurring analysis and reporting tasks.
• Identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and track key performance indicators.
• Document data definitions, analysis methods, and reporting procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Python, including pandas, for data analysis.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to explain analytical findings to business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL Server, or cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of relational databases and data quality checks.
• A portfolio demonstrating dashboards, SQL analysis, or Python projects.
