Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated data analyst to join our team , you will support the business and sales operations teams by turning raw data into actionable insights. You will manage sales tracking reports, monitor inventory levels, analyze consumer trends, and build dynamic dashboards.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting: Collect, clean, and process daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock, and market performance data.
• Advanced Excel Modeling: Design, build, and maintain complex operational templates, automated tracking sheets, and executive reporting models using advanced Excel formulas and tools.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail sales, product distribution, and channel efficiency.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop easy-to-read tracking sheets and operational reports to support management decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product training teams to provide data-backed insights on consumer electronics performance (smartphones, AIoT, wearables).
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct data deep-dives to answer specific business questions as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or a commercial operations role (internships or NYSC experience count).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas like XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA, and building dynamic interactive dashboards)
• Strong ability to spot trends, anomalies, and patterns in complex datasets
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to present insights to non-technical team members.
• Eager to learn, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.
