Junior Data & Reporting Analyst (Operations Focus)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Junior Data & Reporting Analyst to support our digital operations projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, consistency, and the ability to manage and deliver data reports within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports using Excel
• Analyze datasets and extract key insights
• Maintain and organize data files and reporting structures
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to internal teams and clients
• Support operational workflows and ongoing projects

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills
• Pivot Tables
• Formulas (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / basic logic)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to follow clear instructions and deliver consistently
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience in reporting, analytics, or e-commerce environments
• Familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools
• Technical mindset (IT / systems understanding)
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration or a related field will be considered a plus
