Junior Data Engineer

Qualifications

• Data engineering skills, including experience assisting with data pipeline development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts to help structure and organize data for analytical and operational use.
• Familiarity with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools to support reliable data movement and transformation.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles to contribute to the design and support of central data repositories.
• Basic data analytics skills to interpret data, validate data quality, and support reporting and insight generation.
• Experience with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python or Java).
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in learning modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and best practices in data security and governance.
