Junior Data Entry and Office Administration

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Toowoomba team.

This position is suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working in a structured environment, and can manage multiple responsibilities with confidence.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across contracts, logistics, and data entry, working closely with the broader team to ensure processes run efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Data entry and processing of loads with a high level of accuracy
• Assisting with inventory management and stock tracking
• Supporting contract administration and documentation
• Coordinating and updating logistics information
• General administrative support to the operations team

About you

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in administration or logistics (preferred but not essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The successful applicant will be required to complete a police check.

Training in Fodder Link IT Systems will be provided.
