Job Title: Junior Data Technician

Location: Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental (Full time - On-site)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Technician to join our team in Dumaguete . This is an entry-level position perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to kickstart their career in data operations, data management, and analytics.

No prior expert experience? No problem! We will fully train you. If you have a solid logical foundation, high attention to detail, and a desire to learn, we will provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input, verify, and update datasets from various internal and external sources.
• Data Cleaning: Help identify, fix, or report errors, duplicates, and missing information in our database system.
• Data File Management: Support the collection, organization, and basic formatting of raw files (CSV, Excel, PDFs).
• Basic Reporting: Assist in running simple daily or weekly reports and exporting routine data summaries for team leads.
• Support Data Quality: Work closely with senior analysts to ensure data cleanliness and consistency across projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or any related field (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!).
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience handling data or basic administrative tasks.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Dumaguete City .
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, filtering, sorting).
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for accuracy, catching typos, inconsistencies, and formatting errors.
• Growth Mindset: Strong willingness to learn new software, data workflows, and tools through provided training.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
