About The Role As a Junior Dealer, you will support the dealing desk during overnight hours 17:00 – 23:00 Cyprus Time, ensuring smooth operations of our trading systems, monitoring exposures, and providing accurate reporting. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and interest in financial markets who are ready to work night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the department’s trading systems & tools
• Monitor and hedge company-level exposures according to established rules and guidelines
• Check trade execution and investigate irregularities
• Track risk limits and client exposure
• Perform end-of-day / start-of-day system checks
• Prepare and deliver nightly reports for management
• Work closely with other departments to ensure trading systems are fully operational and handle related issues in a timely fashion
• Keep abreast of market and economic developments

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or any other relevant field (or relevant experience)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Add that experience with MT4/MT5 will be a plus
• Experience with Centroid Bridge will be a plus
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work evening shifts
