Unlike most entry-level sales positions, you'll spend six months working directly alongside one of our top-producing Senior Financial Consultants—learning their sales process, handling live inbound opportunities, and earning performance-based income while being personally mentored by some of the best in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with an elite Financial Consultant
• Help manage inbound client opportunities
• Build rapport with prospective clients
• Learn debt resolution strategies and the sales process
• Participate in daily coaching and mentoring
• Develop objection handling, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Support your Senior Consultant while learning to become one yourself

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of phone or sales experience
• Highly coachable with a desire to learn
• Competitive and motivated by growth
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office
• Reliable transportation
• Must live within approximately 20 miles of Irvine, CA

Debt settlement experience is not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
