We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental team!

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming, positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient messages professionally.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
• Process insurance claims, payments, and patient accounts.
• Explain treatment estimates, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support daily front-desk operations.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and efficient team atmosphere.

• Ability to communicate in Korean is an asset.

Compensation

$20+ per hour, negotiable based on experience (we can provide training)
