Responsibilities

• Collaborate and contribute on all design functions, from themes and concept, sourcing, style creation to presentation
• Develop detailed tech packs including sketches, sewing construction, material details, techniques and measurements
• Conduct market research for seasonal market trends, fabrications and colours
• Ensure timely development and execution of design balance creativity with commercial viability
• Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, trim department and fabric mills to deliver seasonal and capsule collections
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in design & product development field (trend research, sourcing, tech pack creation, collection planning)
• Beginner-Intermediate fabric knowledge, use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Power Point & other design related AI tools
• Creative, good fashion sense and fine eye on colour and details
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail minded and positive working attitude
• Team player with accountability, growth mindset and motivation
• l   Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
