JUNIOR DESIGNER

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in creating visual content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, promotional materials, and other company design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphic designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual content in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Design marketing materials for online and offline campaigns.
• Resize, edit, and adapt existing designs for different platforms and marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas and campaign visuals.
• Assist in preparing artwork and design files for printing and digital publication.
• Make revisions to designs based on feedback from the management or relevant departments.
• Ensure all design materials are visually appealing, accurate, and completed within the given deadlines.
• Organise and maintain design files, images, and creative assets.
• Keep up to date with current design trends, social media formats, and creative industry developments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other relevant design software.
• A creative mindset with a good sense of colour, typography, layout, and visual composition.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve design skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of social media design trends is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Kajang, Selangor.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500, depending on skills and experience.

Working Days and Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Rest day

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
