WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join a team of agile developers and problem-solvers who bring mobile and web applications from concept to reality. You’ll work closely with colleagues across South Africa and international offices while contributing to projects that serve clients in Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the USA. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining strategic software systems used by clients globally. You will balance technical expertise with creativity to deliver functional, user-friendly, and visually engaging solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale web and mobile applications.
• Work as part of an Agile team, delivering features that meet scalability, performance, and reliability standards.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
• Collaborating with senior developers to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple platforms.
• Assisting with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
• Participating in code reviews and offering constructive feedback.
• Supporting multiple projects with effective time and project management.
• Creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance the client and customer experience.
• Staying current with emerging software technologies and applying them to projects.
• Occasionally traveling internationally to support global projects.

ABOUT YOU

You are a motivated and adaptable junior developer with strong technical skills and a passion for building innovative applications.

Specifically, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript, C#, .Net, Python, Azure DevOps, SQL, MySQL, React Native, Razor/Blazor and Visual Studio.
• A solid understanding of mobile and web application development.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery methodologies.
• A creative, “out-of-the-box” approach to problem-solving.
• A meticulous eye for detail and attention to quality.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• An interest in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A proactive mindset with motivation to continuously learn and improve.
