Junior Developer – Moveworks

Role Overview

We are looking for a Moveworks GenAI Chatbot Developer to support the configuration, development, integration, and optimization of AI-powered employee support solutions. The developer will work with senior engineers and business teams to improve self-service, maintain knowledge repositories, and automate common employee requests.

Key Responsibilities

Support configuration and enhancement of Moveworks conversational AI use cases, topics, intents, flows, and supported platform components.

Assist in implementing GenAI-driven employee-support experiences for IT, HR, and other internal service functions.

Help connect Moveworks to enterprise applications and knowledge sources using supported connectors and APIs.

Maintain and improve knowledge content, metadata, search/retrieval relevance, and response quality in collaboration with content owners.

Configure self-service workflows, request fulfilment actions, ticket creation/status checks, and escalation paths as required.

Execute functional tests, regression tests, and user-acceptance support; document issues and verify fixes.

Analyze conversation failures, unanswered questions, fallback rates, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues with guidance from senior developers.

Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, release notes, and support procedures.

Follow platform security, data privacy, coding/configuration standards, and change-management practices.

Required Skills and Experience

4+ years of relevant experience as listed in the requirement; candidates with approximately 3–5 years of directly relevant experience may be considered subject to client confirmation.

Hands-on Moveworks development/configuration experience is strongly preferred.

Understanding of chatbots, conversational AI, enterprise knowledge bases, or employee self-service workflows.

Basic-to-intermediate experience with APIs, application integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.

Good analytical, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to ServiceNow/ITSM, HR systems, identity tools, or enterprise collaboration platforms.

Experience improving knowledge articles, search relevance, chatbot responses, or self-service adoption.

Relevant Moveworks platform training or certifications, if available.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
