We are Hivecepta, a tech studio building early-stage web products. We are looking for a highly resilient and organized part-time operator in Sri Lanka. If you know how to strip away noise to find core value, build your own lean systems, and thrive on fast iteration, this role is for you.

Challenge 2: Imagine you send direct messages to 40 potential customers to test a new product. 39 people completely ignore you, and 2 people reply saying the product is not needed. What is your exact step-by-step plan for the next morning?

Challenge 3: We do not use expensive sales tracking software. If you are evaluating with 50 different users at the same time across Facebook, email, and WhatsApp, how would you personally organise and record all their feedback so nothing gets lost?
