Qualification: Any Graduate

1. CRM Management Manage and update all leads in CRM (LeadSquared / Zoho / HubSpot).

2. Assign leads to the sales team and track lead status and follow-ups.

3. Maintain data hygiene, remove duplicates, and ensure proper tagging.

• Create daily and weekly CRM reports for management.

4. Excel & Reporting Maintain daily lead reports and campaign performance sheets. Create advanced reports using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Charts, and Dashboards. Track budget vs. actual spend and lead-to-site-visit conversion. Provide data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.

5. Coordination Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead-quality feedback.

• Work with the content team for reels, posts, and ad creatives.
• Basic SEO and Google Ads coordination is an added advantage.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of CRM handling and lead management.

• Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, and Dashboards.
• Knowledge of Canva / basic creative understanding.
• Good communication and analytical skills.Perks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
