We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Disaster Recovery professional to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Disaster Recovery Analyst to support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives, helping ensure that business operations can recover effectively from unexpected disruptions. The ideal candidate will have approximately two years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and an interest in operational resilience within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Assist in identifying operational risks, recovery requirements, and potential business disruptions.
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises, document results, and track corrective actions.
• Maintain recovery procedures, reports, testing records, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, business operations, risk management, compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor action items and help ensure recovery plans remain current and aligned with business requirements.
• Support reporting on disaster recovery readiness, testing outcomes, and identified gaps.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, operational resilience, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations and industry-specific resilience requirements is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with standard business productivity tools and reporting documentation.
