Junior Document Controller

(a) Maintain, Control, update and to ensure current forms used in operation are valid, and to obsolete unused

forms. To generate all system relevant documents included form, SOP, Process Standard, Procedure,

Quality Manual and other documents.

(b) Responsible for update monthly & yearly the overall KPI data analysis.

(c) To evaluate and report daily quality data analysis and report for improvement opportunity (KPI

monitoring).

(d) To assist QMR for the Management Review report readiness.

(e) To involve and assist QMR for Internal audit and any External audit when is required.

(f) To audit product and process is worthy basis and to update procedure/manual, part packing standard

preparation.

(g) Support for conduct training for production and QA department and also prepare training material.

(h) Responsible for monitor the Internal and External Calibration status, and support for perform the internal

calibration.

(i) To assist implementing, monitoring and controlling of the QMS.

(j) To support for other job assigned by superior which relevant to her capability.

(k) Responsible to issue SCAR to supplier (supplier quality issue) and monitor the SCAR progress.
