Junior Document Controller (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

• Review QMS to ensure conformity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Ensure departmental policies and procedures are understood and effectively observed.
• Conduct internal quality audits and maintain documentation integrity.
• Conduct MRM and prepare minutes.
• Coordinate requirements including ESG, CMRT, EICC, PFAS and JKKP.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external ISO and customer audits.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 is an advantage.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or related field.
• Must be well-versed in English for client communication.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
