Junior DVT Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior DVT Engineer to support Design Verification Testing (DVT) for CastNX s power electronics products. The role involves conducting tests, recording observations, and preparing documentation to ensure that products meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Design Verification Testing (DVT) for power electronics products such as VFDs, motor drives, and power converters.
• Operate laboratory testing and measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
• Follow defined test procedures and accurately record test observations and results.
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting product issues observed during testing.
• Prepare and maintain test reports, test records, and related technical documentation.
• Support senior engineers during product testing, troubleshooting, and verification activities.
• Ensure testing activities are performed safely and in accordance with defined procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma (Polytechnic) in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits and components.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic measurement instruments.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Basic understanding of product compliance requirements and awareness of relevant IS and IEC testing standards.
