What they need
About the Role
Just graduated in IT, Multimedia Arts, or a design-related course? This role was made for you.
We design and build engaging digital learning experiences for global clients, and we’re hiring a full-time Junior E-Learning Developer. You’ll turn storyboards and raw content into interactive, learner-centric courses. Senior developers will guide you as you take each project from concept to a polished, ready-to-deliver course, on time and to spec.
You don’t need years of industry experience. We’re looking for an early-career builder with a good eye for visuals, curiosity about interactivity, and a willingness to learn. If you’ve built e-learning modules, interactive projects, or multimedia work in school, through a thesis or OJT, or on your own, we want to see it. You’ll work on a steady flow of projects with our instructional designers, QA analysts, and media team, and you’ll have plenty of room to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Build interactive courses in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, including branching scenarios, knowledge checks, simulations, and gamified experiences.
- Create and edit graphics, simple animations, and multimedia, and integrate audio, video, and visuals that follow the client’s brand.
- Use AI tools (ElevenLabs voiceovers, Adobe Firefly image generation, rapid prototyping) to speed up production.
- Test your courses across devices and browsers, and apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA). We’ll train you on this.
- Manage your assigned tasks, meet milestones, act on reviewer feedback, and deliver source and final files as specified.
Who We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We also welcome candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- A graduate of IT, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or any design-related course. Strong portfolio experience can stand in for a degree.
- A portfolio or work samples, such as school projects, a thesis, OJT output, freelance work, or personal projects. E-learning samples are a plus but not required.
- Exposure to Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 through school, a free trial, or self-study. If you’re new to them, you should be ready to learn quickly. Understanding triggers, variables, states, and layers is a big plus.
- Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar, plus basic video editing.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, or other generative tools, or interest in learning them.
- Interest in accessible design. Basic knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS publishing is a bonus, and we’ll teach you the rest.
- Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and real eagerness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience with advanced Storyline interactions (JavaScript, custom navigation).
- Motion and animation skills (After Effects or similar) and stronger audio and video editing.
- Experience working with others on creative projects, such as group theses, org work, or freelance teams.
Tools You’ll Use
- Authoring: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 (Articulate 360)
- AI and production: ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, AI image generation, rapid-prototyping tools
- Design and media: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar; basic video editing
- Standards: WCAG 2.1 AA, brand guidelines, style guides, signed-off storyboards
Why Start Your Career With Us

- Global projects across diverse industries, which build a strong portfolio fast.
- Fully remote, with a steady pipeline of work for reliable people.
- Modern AI-powered workflows (ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, and more).
- A performance bonus and government-mandated benefits.
- True 40-hour workweeks. We discourage overtime, and we don’t work on Saturdays or Sundays.
- A supportive, dynamic team with strong team spirit.
