Junior eCommerce Associate

About the role

The Junior eCommerce Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and performance of the company's online business across key marketplace platforms. The role focuses on maintaining accurate product listings, monitoring sales and inventory performance, executing marketplace promotions and campaigns, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and marketplace partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and consistent brand presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the daily marketplace operations, including managing product listings, order fulfillment, and on-brand visuals and written content in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok shop
• Maintain and update trackers for inventory, sales performance, pricing, order fulfillments, and marketplace promotions
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive online shopping experience
• Offer insights and execute promotions and campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive sales

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales operations, or campaign management, preferably within FMCG or retail industries
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience coordinating with external KAMs or marketplace partners is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance driven environment
