4WD Supacentre is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior eCommerce Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience maintaining a high-volume eCommerce website, supporting digital promotions and helping deliver engaging content across multiple online platforms.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the daily operation of our eCommerce and marketing activities. You will assist with website updates, prepare promotional deals and help ensure our products and campaigns are presented accurately and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and updating the eCommerce website.
• Prepare daily deals for email marketing campaigns and other digital platforms.
• Ensure product information, pricing and promotional content are accurate.
• Support the Digital Marketing team with organic Instagram content.
• Assist with store transitions to the VEND system.
• Learn the features and benefits of current and new product ranges.
• Stay informed about promotional dates, products and campaign requirements.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
• Support the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team as required.
• Help promote and maximise sales across 4WD Supacentre.
• Follow company policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• An interest in eCommerce, digital marketing and online retail.
• Previous experience in eCommerce, marketing, administration or website maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using digital systems and learning new platforms.
• The ability to manage priorities and complete tasks within deadlines.
• A proactive, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude.
• An interest in learning about products, features and customer benefits.
• Experience with email marketing, social media or content management systems would be advantageous.

Weekend Support

Paid on-call weekend support may be required approximately twice per month. Any hours worked outside ordinary rostered hours will be paid in accordance with the applicable General Retail Industry Award provisions.
