Junior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

This hybrid role combines customer outreach, phone support, and general office management. The employee acts as the primary voice of the company for inbound and outbound callers while supporting internal staff with documentation, scheduling, and record.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective clients, leads, or existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
• Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls from clients, resolve basic questions, and route complex issues to the right department.
• Lead Generation: Qualify potential buyers, schedule appointments, and follow up regularly to convert interest into sales.
• Complaint Resolution: Listen to customer grievances calmly, register complaints, and track issues until resolved.

Key Skills Needed

• Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive speaking voice in local languages.
• Multitasking: Ability to switch between phone calls and desk tasks without losing focus.
• Software Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and customer management software (CRM).
• Patience: Resilience when handling rejections or frustrated callers.

Educational qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
