Junior Electrical Engineer

Greenteque , a next-generation developer operating across a broad spectrum of agtech, horticultural, and integrated construction projects, is seeking a results-oriented and versatile Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of technologically advanced construction projects.  

We are looking for candidates capable of working within an industrial and construction-focused engineering environment. The successful candidate will be part of our engineering function, with responsibilities spanning the design and engineering of electrical and automation applications and systems , as well as participation in the supervision, coordination, and commissioning of high-profile construction projects.

Responsibilities  

• Design, engineer and develop MEP solutions and equipment on ongoing construction projects.
• Review construction and MEP drawings and technical specifications at all design stages.
• Liaise with local and international suppliers and subcontractors in every project stage to coordinate design and construction works and ensure project progress.
• Implement electrical designs and participate in equipment installations on project sites.
• Supervise on-site construction activities related to MEP installations.
• Organize, participate and supervise MEP commissioning procedures on final project stages.
• Provide service, support and maintenance of MEP installations on delivered projects.

Qualifications  

• Polytechnic University Degree in Electrical Engineering (Πολυτεχνικών σχολών)
• Strong experience with design and engineering tools — AutoCAD and at least one BIM software required
• 0-5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles within construction or industrial project sites.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Advanced knowledge on MS Excel & MS Office.
• Mechanical engineering skills will be considered as a plus.
• Project management and project planning experience will be considered as a plus.
• MS Project skills will be considered as a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Availability to travel in Greece and abroad.
• Completed military obligations.
