Junior Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Junior Design & Development Engineer – Wiring Harness

We are growing our Engineering & Development team and are looking for a Junior Design & Development Engineer to join an international company specialized in wiring harness and cable assembly solutions , part of a European industrial group.

This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering who wants to start a career in a real industrial engineering environment, working close to both design and production.

You will gain hands-on experience in how engineering data is translated into costing, production documentation, and manufacturing instructions .

🔧 Your main responsibilities:

• Support the analysis of technical documentation (drawings, BOMs, specifications)

• Assist in preparing cost calculations for materials, labor, and production effort

• Contribute to the creation and update of manufacturing documentation (work instructions, cutting lists, crimping lists, technical drawings)

• Support engineering change processes and documentation updates

• Work closely with production teams to ensure correct implementation of technical requirements

• Participate in prototype builds, sample production, and trial runs

• Learn and support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

🎓 Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field

• Basic understanding of technical drawings (wiring diagrams / cable assemblies is a plus)

• Academic or basic knowledge of wires, cables, connectors, and electrical components

• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

• English – intermediate level

• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
