Junior - Electrical Engineer (PLC)- Semiconductor

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities for electrical, electronic and PLC engineering projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections and support installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review engineering drawings, project plans and technical documents, and maintain accurate project records.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians throughout project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimise delays.
• Prepare project progress reports, test reports and handover documentation for clients.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support during project implementation, testing and commissioning.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Knowledge of PLC/DCS programming, HMI configuration and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) is an advantage. Familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley or Schneider Electric systems will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drawings and design.
