Junior Electrical Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Electrical Sales Engineer to join our sales team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in developing a career in technical sales.

The candidate will support the sales team in understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, promoting electrical products and solutions, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting electrical products, equipment, and technical solutions.
• Identify and understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and product information for customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, enquiries, orders, and payments.
• Conduct customer visits and support business development activities.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, technical teams, and customers.
• Study product specifications, catalogues, and technical information.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend customer meetings and provide basic technical explanations when required.
• Keep updated on electrical products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of sales experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products and systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Strong interest in technical sales and business development.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
