Job Overview

Steadfast Electric LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Junior Electrician to join our growing commercial team. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the electrical trade and gain hands-on experience on commercial projects while working under experienced electricians.

Responsibilities

· Assist with installation of electrical systems in commercial buildings

· Run conduit, pull wire, and install outlets, switches, panels, and lighting

· Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics

· Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues

· Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site

· Follow all safety regulations and NEC standards

· Work closely with journeyman electricians and supervisors

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED

· 2-5 years of electrical experience or related training preferred

· Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments

· Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

· Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program

· Experience on commercial construction job sites

· Familiarity with NEC guidelines

· Basic troubleshooting skills
