JUNIOR- ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION ENGINEER

A Junior Electronic Communication Engineer is typically responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of communication systems and electronic hardware, while supporting senior engineers in projects related to signal transmission, embedded systems, and network integration. This role is entry‑level, ideal for recent graduates, and emphasizes learning, collaboration, and technical skill development.

• Assist in circuit design, simulations, and technical analysis.
• Support PCB layout design, including component placement and routing.
• Contribute to the development of communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, USB, Bluetooth, NFC).
• Perform prototype bring‑up, electrical measurements, and functional testing.
• Conduct reliability assessments and compliance testing.
• Debug hardware issues through fault isolation and root cause analysis.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, firmware/software, manufacturing).
• Support integration of electronic systems into larger communication networks.
• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and manuals.
• Maintain records of testing procedures and results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of analog/digital circuit design.
• Familiarity with microcontroller‑based embedded systems (ARM Cortex‑M, RISC‑V).
• Understanding of PCB design fundamentals (signal integrity, EMC, grounding).
• Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD).
• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.:

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
