Junior Engineer 1

• Knowledge in AutoCAD and other drawing software
• Familiarity with construction methods, design process and the building code
• Ability to lead and communicate well with people
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Initiative, target focused and able to make decisions
• Well rounded individual
• Ability to do Site visitation, site inspection and monitor site accomplish
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 1 year work experience
• Above average skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up.
• Previously worked in a real estate / residential experience/ housing development

Job Type: Full-time
