About the Role

We are seeking a Junior ACMV Engineer to support the operations and maintenance of ACMV systems across managed facilities. The successful candidate will ensure equipment reliability, support troubleshooting activities, and coordinate maintenance works to achieve compliance, safety, and operational performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operation and maintenance of ACMV systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot faults.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Prepare maintenance records and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of Facilities Management experience in ACMV systems.
• Hands-on experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and related equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
