We are seeking a motivated Junior Controls Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, industrial networking, and customer-facing automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of industrial control systems.
• Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming activities.
• Participate in system testing, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues both remotely and at customer sites.
• Assist with electrical drawings, system documentation, and technical reports.
• Support project teams throughout all phases of project execution.
• Work closely with Senior Engineers and Project Managers to deliver successful automation projects.
• Provide technical support to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Preferred Experience

• Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or CompactLogix
• Siemens TIA Portal
• Emerson/GE RX3i
• FactoryTalk View, iFIX, Cimplicity, Ignition, or similar platforms
• Industrial networking fundamentals
