Junior Engineer

About the role

Rapid Packing Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturing company in Kajang, Selangor, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations and contributing to the company's growth and success. This is a full-time position based in our Kajang facility.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Troubleshoot and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and quality control measures to ensure product quality
• Provide technical support and solutions to production staff as needed
• Participate in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
