Junior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend customer calls and understand service requirements.
• Coordinate with customers through telephone and email.
• Visit customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing.
• Support senior service engineers during breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Identify basic technical issues and provide first-level support.
• Prepare service reports and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams for service-related issues.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending service requirements and spare parts.
• Maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and telecalling skills.
• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical/electronics.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with 02 years of experience in Service Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Support, or Telecalling will be preferred.
