What they need
- Develop and maintain quality control plans for cables manufacturing.
- Ensure with customer specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct process and product audits.
- Analyze inspection and crimping,die casting POL results.
- Review first-off, in-process, and final inspection reports.
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
- Monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control) data.
- Handle customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Lead root cause analysis using:
- 8D
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap.
- Participate in Kaizen activities.
- Maintain quality records according to IATF 16949 requirements.Role & responsibilities
