Junior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily inspection and testing activities, equipment maintenance, and proper documentation and record keeping.
2. Conduct testing technical research and assist in implementing testing quality control plans.
3. Ensure laboratory procedures and quality management system requirements are properly followed.
4. Maintain good laboratory housekeeping and 6S practices.
5. Plan and manage assigned projects, provide regular progress updates, and prepare relevant reports.
6. Assist in following up on technical issues from the Production Department and conduct verification testing.
7. Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or other related technical fields.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
4. Able to communicate in Chinese.
5. Candidates without relevant academic qualifications may be considered for training, subject to suitability.
6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
8. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
