Job Description

Sri Aneka Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Site Engineer to support and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer and Project Manager in daily site operations.
• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Check daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Take and share daily site photographs and work updates.
• Assist in checking measurements and quantities of completed work.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability at the site.
• Monitor basic civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
• Maintain site records, drawings, reports, and other required documentation.
• Identify site issues and report them to the reporting manager for timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision preferred.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
• Knowledge of reading civil and structural drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site workers and coordinate with contractors.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Industrial and Commercial Construction Projects.
