Junior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off from plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Identify, list, and organize materials, equipment, and system requirements for bidding.
• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-off sheets.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure all bid requirements are captured.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material specifications and pricing.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other bidding documents.
• Organize and maintain bid files, drawings, quotations, and supporting documents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering course.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in estimation, quantity take-off, bidding, or project engineering.
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Proficient in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Experience in construction, systems integration, FDAS, security systems, ICT, or auxiliary systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced bidding and project environment.
