Junior Engineer

The Junior Engineer supports the Section Head in engineering projects, SAP processes, project coordination, documentation, and monitoring of engineering works.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in SAP Enterprise Asset Management planning and ensure timely and accurate processing of work orders.
• Prepare and update reports on outstanding work orders and project status.
• Assist in project documentation, quantity surveying, and project schedules.
• Support the monitoring and supervision of in-house and outsourced engineering projects and preventive maintenance activities.
• Attend Project Pre Bid, Technical Conference Meetings including the Project Coordination Meeting to document the proceedings including its digital filings.
• Create drafts (architectural, mechanical & electrical) and blueprints in AutoCAD software 2D drawing following project technical documentation and specifications.
• Create 3D perspective drawing using SKETCH-UP Pro software and or perform rendering works for color simulations thru iRenderNxt software.
• Maintain and organize engineering drawings, project documents, and electronic files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 6 months of work experience in the same field and a minimum of 2 months office/clerical experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Demonstrates integrity and willingness to learn.
