Junior Engineer

About the Company

We are an established company operating in the Oil & Gas industry, providing services and manpower support to clients across multiple work bases. We are looking for a hands-on Human Resource & Administration Executive to support the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations across the Company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineer/AOM/OM with technical proposal preparation including manpower, chemical usage, and equipment specifications
• Identify scope of works and project requirements
• Attend site visits and meetings with clients
• Prepare project manpower, equipment, and consumables loading plans
• Prepare project planning, procedures, and team organization charts
• Liaise with vendors for manpower and equipment in technical paper preparation
• Execute assigned projects and ensure required resources are available
• Monitor and control project expenses and budgets
• Troubleshoot project problems and manage project documentation
• Supervise Project Coordinators and subcontractors for successful project execution
• Establish final project execution reports and liaise with project team for mobilization and demobilization
• Manage project team disciplinary issues and communicate project results to clients and co-workers

About you

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• Registered with Board of Engineering (BEM) Malaysia
• Fresh graduate or one (1) year work experience in relevant industrial or oil & gas industry project or service experience
• Project Management Skills
