Role & responsibilities
- Monitor security logs and alerts from systems such as Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, EDR tools, patch management systems, SOC tools, and firewalls, whichever are allotted to you
- Provide technical support to staff and end users for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- . Monitor IT service requests, prioritize tickets, and update resolutions or corrective actions in the ticketing system.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance of IT assets to ensure reliability and performance
- Implement IT improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues and enhance system efficiency
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities in IT operations and procurement processes
- Configure IT assets (desktops, laptops, software, accounts, and access) for new employees
- Installation and configuration of LAN and Wi-Fi printers
- CCTV IP camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
